- Saturday 8 am: Registration
- Saturday am: Wildwater (downriver) race. Approximately 4km.
- Saturday early afternoon: Wildwater Sprint
- Saturday mid/late afternoon: Slalom course erection and slalom practice
- Saturday night: Campfire party and presentations

- Sunday pm: Slalom course dismantling and presentations

This program may change depending on water levels and the numbers of paddlers.

The event is aimed at all ages and abilities with rapids typically grade 2 in standard. Male and female age divisions will include Under 12, 14, 16, 18, Open and Masters. Divisions will include K1, C1, C2 and inflatable (aimed at whitewater-specific funyaks). Plastic boat paddlers and first time competitors encouraged to enter.

Cost:

The fees cover portaloos, PaddleNSW fees and other event running costs.

Paddlers are encouraged to camp at the river which is free but there are no facilities other than portaloos we will organise. BYO firewood. Alternatively, there is camping, cabins and a shop at the Mann River Caravan Park at Jackadgery (who are great supporters of BRCC), or motels etc in Grafton.

There is no mobile coverage at the river.
